What we offer
Our team offers expertise in diverse food systems including traditional harvest in the North, kelp mariculture and regenerative ocean farming, natural climate solutions, community-based conservation strategies, water rights, ecosystem services, and regenerative agriculture. We bring experience in business, non-profit and program start-up and leadership.
Our work includes hands-on applied research, strategic and policy analyses, building organizational capacity, facilitation, and project design, development and management.
We work across ecologically and culturally diverse landscapes with non-profit organizations, businesses, Indigenous rights-holders, communities and governments. We embrace different and complementary knowledge systems and equitable and collaborative partnerships to inform dialogs and design solutions. Our approach is wholistic, integrating environment, economy and culture.
We are a Woman-owned business.
Where
We live in Dena’ina ełnena - the Dena’ina homeland, and work in the homelands of the many different and diverse Indigenous Peoples of the North, Pacific Northwest, and beyond. We are grateful for and learn from the past and present Indigenous stewardship of the lands where we now live and work, and we strive to be good guests.
We believe the future is not written; it’s ours to create.
